Aligned with the district’s Strategic Framework—Creating Conditions for Success, the CEY program supports employee effectiveness by recognizing consistent, high quality work. This program pays tribute to the tireless efforts of our outstanding classified employees—vital staff members who play key roles in creating an environment that promotes student achievement, safety and health.

To recommend a classified employee who you believe has demonstrated excellence in the areas of work performance, school/community involvement and leadership/commitment, please click HERE and download a nomination form. Nominations accepted by supervisors/principals through Nov. 4, 2016.

Parent Incentive Reward Program

Congratulations to Sara Wheaton. She is the winner of a Safeway Gift Card for last month's drawing in our Parent Incentive Reward Program.  How can you win a gift card?  Ask the office for an "Incentive Reward Card".  You can achieve a stamp on your card for the following criteria:

  • Student has perfect attendance for one month *tardies and early outs are not considered perfect attendance
  • Parent attends student/teacher conference
  • Parent joins /attends PTA/ ELAC Coffee & Conversations meetings
  • Parent volunteers in classroom for 2 + hours
  • Parent participates is school events (Back to School Night, Family Nights, Breakfast with Santa..etc)

When you meet any of the criteria, have your card stamped or signed at the event or by the classroom teacher.  Once you accumulate 5 stamps or signatures you will turn it into the office for a chance at a gift card at the end of every month.  You will receive a new card when you turn your complete card in.  All cards will remain in drawing throughout the year for a chance to win.  Will you be this month's winner??
